Has anyone experimented with this?

I've tried it multiple times and it's never worked for me. It always just gives me the "head-explodey" feeling whereas I have gotten the light headed blacking out from partial, it just wasn't as consistent as I wanted.

I tried a few times but never approached the desired effect. Just hurts neck. Seems like bullshit.

Yes, I gave up too. after 4 days and about 10 unsuccessful attempts, I felt like a vegetable all day (the body threw out adrenaline, which made me feel pain (an unpleasant feeling) and interrupted the action).

Look for a sweet spot, try to find it first with a towel or T-shirt. then by exception you will find it and you will only have to finish the job, the idea is working, but not for everyone

Wouldn't it be more efficient, if one found their sweet spot, to partially hang?

If you have friends who can help - try.
My sweet spot is below AA, which is problematic to do slightly. being on the floor to apply pressure is slightly problematic. and hanging can dislodge the rope during convulsions and prevent the completion of the case
