Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Why does people prefer hanging over this? Partia hanging requires a sturdy ligature, and a place to hang it from, and you need to be upright. Torniquet only takes a spoon and shoelace. They do the same thing, compress carotid artery. Guide is somewhere on here. You can even do it in your bed. It takes like a minute to set up.

It's hard to do correctly, easy to panic and may result in brain damage instead of death. Partial suspension only requires several pounds of pressure, a ligature about as sturdy as a doorknob and something like pants or a bedsheet.
it becomes so tight around your neck that it's impossible for it to unwind. atleast for me, assuming you use a spoon. i mean the spoon gets stuck between your neck and sternum or whatever so it wont be undone

Hard? How so, it's tying a shoelace around your neck and looping a spoon several times. Easy to panic and brain damage are the same things that can happen with partial suspension. They do the same thing compress your carotid except torniqut doesn't use the force of gravity
