Tonight I have returned to this wonderful family. My Mum died last November and I have tried so hard to live and move on, but I just can't. My health is declining and I do not want to spend any longer than I have to in this misery. I would love to CTB with someone but am more than prepared to go alone. Haven't set a date yet, but it will happen.

It is sad how so many of us have to endure so much pain in our lives. Existing really is so depressing and I know that it is hard to carry on when things just get worse. I hope that you find freedom from your suffering.

Yes it is always good to have some time to yourself and think about life. Please do not put pressure on yourself on setting a date or method. Only when you are ready to ctb do you have to get prepared. I wish you luck.
