Took my first microdose today...

Had them lurking for a while and thought no harm in trying and see if they help. Everyone keeps on at me to try antidepressants but I'm set against them but these look like the next big thing. Got about a months worth but will need to source them again if I want to continue as empire market has gone (sob) Took half a capsule as didn't want to risk any trippy feelings but now just have a headache.

Said it completely wiped them out,. But was always nervous because the " trippy feelings " basically scared him / was very uncomfortable.

I think it's to early to tell, I've taken 2 doses on alternate days but just half doses. My mood is definitely better (as in less suicidal, not normal by a long sbot) and today I have more energy but also a bit spaced. I brought ready made capsules on a DM as couldn't be faffed doing it myself either.

I'm so sad about Empire! I'd got complacent and left some money in there to. The vendor I got them from is now on deepsea. I think the regime is a bit hit and miss, I only started this week and doing alternate days.

also, the doses definitely seem on the low side. Personally I take 0.85g of Lions Mane everyday, as well as 1g of truffles every 2-3 days (plus doing longer cool down pauses)

hows the microdoseing going?

It started well, much more relaxed with some almost happy moments but also some intense sadness but levelled off and yesterday was crappy. I was taking half a dose but gonna build it up now.

For what it's worth (not revolutionary), to me it has been the closest to a happiness pill. I love the days with the psilocybin MD especially. It has given me some blessing moments although they vary randomly in occurence, nature and intensity. It can make me in awe about a dull moment.
