Today has felt like one of the worst of my life, yet I know in reality it is just another day on mental illness torture. I can't post this on FB, cos no one wants misery updates. I did one the other day, and now back to suffering in silence.
Am talking about ending it constantly. Irritable. My ex has been talking to me, and Im so depressed I just put my hands over my ears and I just dont care.
