tips for suffocation with a belt, rope or something like that but I need advice

When using a belt or rope, you don't actually suffocate, you are cutting off the blood supply from your carotid arteries. Look at the hanging method.

I know, but cutting off circulation will still k1ll m3, right? Yes I have seen the thread but from what I saw it will always cut off circulation and a belt is the only thing I have gotten

Some people have succeeded with a belt, but it is less garanteed, I'd say be careful. A rope is a lot better. I don't want you to suffer any harm.
