Discussion Tips on full suspension?

I'm planning on trying full suspension and want tips for this. Type of knot; how long it will take; specific placement of the rope.. anything works.

i don't have experience other than failing. But I don't see how full suspension can fail witht the correct anchor and rope. If you can follow through. For me the anxiety with it around my neck was too intense. Maybe more benzos
