I think it's worst when it contributes to insomnia. If I don't get enough sleep I do really badly. Nothing more annoying than waking up after 4 hours sleep with beeps and whines and other things telling you to just get up. Like someone harassing you early every morning and late at night, I get anger with nothing to blame. So annoyed
