Does anyone else here suffer with tics? How do they affect your life?
I have a tic where my head jerks to the side with no recognisable trigger, and some complex vocal and physical tics that happen in response to stress/embarrassment (A few various phrases relating to suicide and self harm, hitting myself in the side of the head.) I can usually supress the complex tics around others fairly well, but I have no way of controlling my head tic and it's relatively noticeable and embarrassing.
