Tick-Tock, Mr. Merciful Knife

I'm still around. Unfortunately.
With that said, I've produced several new works since I last posted, and this is one of them.

Tick-tock, tick-tock,
Happy-go-lucky clock
"I'm having a wonderful time!"
Tick-tock, tick-tock
Carjacked, picklocked
But it still has a smile on its face
"Life's a joy, who cares?"
"I'll still be happy anywhere."
"I may be lying here, bleeding out,"
"But that poor robber will eat good tonight."
Tick-tock, tick-tock,
Living on minimum wage,
Collateral on a billing page
"How are you?"
"It's going on half-past five."
Hands telling of simpler times,
When money was scarce but it'd be fine
"It's only expensive to live if you're alive."
So stop living, die today,
Nobody cares anyway
Just die, as so many other people do
Draw no more air,
Submit to the suffocation of life
"We're all waiting here for you!"
Tick-tock, time's money (Life's a joy!)
Tick-tock, Mr. Merciful Knife
(Here we go, oh boy!)
Time is wasting, make a plan
Do a favor for me, if you can
Bear my suffering, and I'll be pierced by this knife
Wear the paint of life that fills my veins
It was never meant to stay in my body,
So much more beautiful splattered here and there
It's painful, but take it away,
Tick-Tock, Mr. Merciful Knife
I can't watch the suffering of these people
Who can only tell you it's a quarter til nine
And all these machines that don't tell the time
Will never miss me anyway
So hurry up and pierce my flesh
Break me and make me whole,
Grant me the mercy of taking my life.
