Hey guys,
So I've finally decided what to do with my SN. I'm throwing it in the garbage( or wherever you're suppose to safely dispose of it ).

Life will be hard and my depression will come and go but I can still try to be happy. I still want to be an engineer and have kids. And also be there for when my parents grow old. I've started climbing and lifting again and it's keeping me sane and I'm meeting new people.

I've also kind of realized I'll be dead in 100 years anyways. When death comes and visits me I'll be ready but until then I'll do my best to be happy. ( maybe I'll be lucky when I'm older and qualify for euthanasia 🤞 )

Thank you guys for commenting on my threads and giving me advice. It helped me decide what I wanted to do.

Anyways, thanks for reading this unnecessarily long post. These posts feel like journal entries sometimes lol. I'll still be on sasu for the community.

Also, does anyone know how to dispose of SN properly?

Peace

Its not better to keep it if you need it in some years? Because maybe in some years you cant buy it.

I've considered this. But I'm afraid of having access to it when I'm going through a hard time. Afraid the temptation to die would be too strong. And I'm not really even sure if it would still be good after a few years anyways

If closed, it can last for 15 years. SN is a valuable resource that is becoming harder and harder to get. You should consider whether to throw a potion away. Best wishes whatever you do.

I'm probably not using it anytime soon, but I keep mine. Having it, knowing I can always open it and take it, feels much better than not having it and feeling out of control. It is not asking to be fed, so it can stay there. You never know when you reach the point...

I don't understand how people throw this away, whether you do or not, keep it.

SN isn't really a method for impulsive attempts. Certainly nothing like a gun or a bridge. So I think you'd be okay as far as that is concerned. Anyways best of luck to you.

I am so incredibly proud of you. I am sure making this decision was not easy at all!

I hope you can achieve what you want for your future, I certainly wish you the best of luck with it!!

Concerning the SN, I can totally understand why you would want to get rid of it. Considering how much you have, big amounts you should bring to a waste facility but smaller amounts you can use as fertilizer, just of course make sure not to use too much.

Wishing you all the best <3

IC is down, might be permanent, so SN might not be an option anymore.

Hi guys, here I am just asking, I hope my question not to be too much unappropriate.
Would't be possible, in this case, to sent and donated it to someone who is looking for it in the community?
I have read in the rules sales or exchanges are not allowed through this website, but I am not sure if this is the case too.
I do not mean giving to me. It is a genuine question that comes from the fact that SN is hard to get.

That is still not allowed but even so it would not be wise to do that for legal reasons.

I still have it because I have no idea where to dispose of it lol. Not as simple as I thought because I don't want my family to find it or someone finding it and getting hurt by it. 15 years is way longer than I thought. I opened mine once does that affect it? IC being down swayed my thinking about all of this now

Idk I feel like that is highly illegal since they'd technically be contributing to the death of somebody else

Might be best not to throw it in the garbage, in case some unsuspecting person acquires it and doesn't realise that it is dangerous if ingested. However, SN is not dangerous in other ways, at least not in small quantities. Just put a small amount in the sink or toilet and flush it down with plenty of water. Repeat as many times as neceessary, until it is all gone.
