I guess like many other depressed people, I'm obsessed with the past. I feel like if I could go back, I could change so many things and live a much better life, lol.. Anyway, I know this is "out there", but do you guys think we can go back to the past with meditation or other relatively simple methods? I'm talking about actually going back with the ability to change certain events. Or maybe "rewriting" the past with our minds. I dunno. It's something I wanna experiment with at least.
