• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

The worst thing affecting my SI is not knowing what comes after. I'm not sure if anyone else experiences this but do you wish you could spectate your life after you die just to see what would happen and how people would react?

although it might sound childish, it's quite a big factor when it comes to my SI, I'd like to know what happens next and I guess where my consciousness goes.

Sucks thats science can't really do much to give us a definition answer.

Personally I've always believed that absolute nothingness is most likely what happens after death. Really hard to explain a concept like that though.

Any thoughts or ideas?

There is no way to prove or disprove what happens in the afterlife. Different religions have different explanations. Who knows which one is right? Perhaps none of them are right and we simply cease to exist. For me, I believe in God and in heaven. But like I said there is no proof.

The only thing Im concerned about is if suicide itself causes a change in what happens. If something exists beyond life, whether bad or good, ending my life an extra few years early means absolutely nothing compared to the eternity of an afterlife. However some religions suggest killing yourself automatically makes you go to "hell" or similar.

I was medically considered dead for almost 2 days from a past attempt. Death is nothing. You don't have any senses or consciousness. It's not even like you're seeing all black, it's just nothing. I almost fell into addictions trying to replicate that nothingness feeling, but I gave up because I realized nothing in this life would be able to truly replicate that feeling. Not even sleep. Getting that peace back is the main reason I want to CTB.

I really relate to this. Not knowing if anything comes after this feels like a big reason why I stayed alive as long as I have. I believe in a continuation of consciousness, but there could be nothing.

Extreme Pain is much worse than people know

1 microsecond after my brain dies I can never exist again

I'm just my brain . A brain that can suffer unending constant unbearable pain : that's an extreme horror not something good . I'm glad at the point of Death that abomination comes to an end forever

That's one reason why to me Death / non-existence forever is the ultimate perfection never a chance for me to suffer any unbearable pain

A human is just another animal , cells , chemical reactions , a machine

Fuck I hope there's nothing after. I'd be so incredibly pissed if I died and somehow continued with the same intense emotional pain and grief and intense PTSD and depression symptoms. I want nothing. I definitely don't want a front row seat to my family's grief. I just need it all to stop.

And not only that; death will be the end of all experience including memory so it will be as if you never existed. I think about how, if i'm successful with my plan, i will not know it. It will be the last act i'll do without even remembering it.

Just wanting some peace

Non-existence is all I hope for and believe in, for me ceasing to exist would be the positive solution to find peace from the suffering and torture of this terrible, cruel existence that I just always saw as a mistake that just causes all this harm and suffering and to never suffer again is all I wish for.

Existence to me is the problem that only ever tortures existing beings with no limit as to how much agony one can feel, this dreadful, painful existence should just never be imposed and it's so terrible how it was, all I want is peace, I just want to be permanently unconscious with no more pain and no more suffering and the peace of non-existence solves everything for me.
