Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

i recommend watching something stupid like lucky star or spongebob. i had a really bad night last night when i looked at gore, but learning about ice raids and epstein files also makes me feel pretty bad. i hope you can find a way to feel better. going down the rabbit hole just ends up making a lot of people feel really disgusted with themselves.

Just as a reminder to anyone who needs to know this: You are not obligated to expose yourself to any content just because it's "trending" or one of the biggest news topics at the moment. If you are genuinely interested in it, you don't have to fully go down the rabbithole, even though it might feel tempting to do so. If you know it will most likely make you feel worse, especially if it has no direct relation to your own life, you don't need to expose yourself to it. This goes for any content on any topic, not just the e. files.

In the case of the e. files, there are now hundreds of youtube creators who have summarised the details, or parts of it. So if you do want to know a little bit about it, pick your favourite youtuber and see what they say about it.

I think before you go on a deep-dive into any topic, it is worth pausing and thinking about what you want to get out of it. What is the benefit for you if you know a particular information, compared to if you don't know it?

The above information is for things that do not impact your daily life. If it is something that does impact your daily life directly, you may need to kow it, even if it is uncomfortable to know. For example if you have a specific illness and the country you live in changes the rules on how to deal with that illness, you may need to know what the changes are even if they are not good.

i needed to read this. thank u. i will keep ur words in mind. i feel a little ignorant for not looking into it more but i just know it will trigger me terribly. i learned my limits last year when i tried to read a book but couldnt even get past the introduction without becoming triggered and crying đź«
