It's been a bit since I've made a post here, I tried to give life one more chance but I just can't handle making it another day.
Due to the situation I'm in, I barely have access to any methods and the ones which I somewhat do, have very low chances to them. So I've resorted to jumping.
I'm going to jump off the roof onto a concrete floor of a 6 story building (18-23m). I know this isn't the distance which you should jump off of but I'm so tired and I can't find any roof to access that is higher than this. So I really need to know what my current chances of this working are and just anyway I can increase it.
Details about me in case they help (not sure if they do)
I'm 5'8
46-47 kgs
Extremely physically weak ( like the average person could break my bones with like 40% the effort to break others, even when I put my head on my arms for a bit, the bones start to hurt)
I don't know what other details may be useful but you can ask if you'd like
Please I really need help I'm so exhausted and tired I can't deal with this anymore.
(Sorry if this is poorly formatted or written I tried typing this out as fast as I could)

Hi, i'm also doing jumping. It's a good method, but you need a high place and try to land on your neck or head. 6 floors may not be enough and you can end up paralyzed by snapping only your spine. Ive just read about someone surviving 8 floors with fractures, sepsis and multiple surgeries and counting. Position yourself in a way that when you jump, you end up breaking the most vulnerable parts of the body, so that it's lethal. Unfortunately SI might kick in and you will instinctively protect your head. Make sure not to bend your knees, land on your side or feet that would absorb the impact. I strongly suggest picking another method (partial hanging is easily accessible) or a building with 10+ stories as you're most likely going to end up crippled.

i'd be careful. i don't know your situation, but if there's a higher place available then i'd recommend you switch. the LD50 for falling onto concrete is at about 4-5 stories, though it increases drastically with every floor increase after that. if you end up going for it, make sure to lean into the fall, instead of jumping down pencil style, you don't want to land on your legs or anything. although i do realistically think you have a very good chance of dying from the height you're planning to jump from, and i wish you the best of luck if you proceed, just be aware of the risk yk.

Where I live, a 9 floor building (3m x 9 = 27m) + asphalt/concrete is a bare minimum for this. ideally you should land on your head. hope this helps. I know a few successful stories from that local building in my city, so...

Thank you for the advice, I know this method is risky especially from this height and I'm thinking about switching. But that would require me to start planning all over again and I'm so tired of living that I don't think I can do that

Wish I could help. Just no way to know for sure give those facts. I wish we could escape easily. Surviving is cruel.

Unfortunately I haven't found a roof that is much higher for me to reach but thank you for the tips. I really appreciate it.

It's alright. I still appreciate the thought behind your message.
