I think I am going to ctb this evening. I have no more energy. If it is past midnight it will be on the anniversary of my friend's death which would be fitting.
Are there any ways to ensure a ligature works with shoelaces? I am willing to get something else if I have to. Should I take something before hand to make me pass out quicker/ avoid SI?
I have been done for a while but today has pushed me to the limit of what I can cope with. I have one final obligation to deal with and then I have the rest of the evening/ night to prepare and do it.
