This week I spent 24 hours a day thinking about suicide. Today I spent my whole day thinking about it. Then I slept, and dreamt I was doing it by full suspension. When I woke up, I was planning ir again.

I can't deal with this anymore. Is there any kind of medicine which could get me away from this thoughts?

I can't live like anymore, guys. I don't have such terrible life, but I can't live a life where all I can think is full suspension all day long?

I'm like this since 2018.

My psychiatrist put me on quetiapine to shave down all my emotions. It has helped so far and it's only temporary since I have an intake consultation for a private institution at the end of the month. I'm also on 150mg sertraline (SSRI) and I have the occasional emergency med (Temesta 2,5mg) that I only use when I feel like catching the bus at the moment. For now I'm just letting the days tick by till my intake and be zombielike.

I think in your case some benzodiazepines might not be a bad idea as it calms/sooths the mind and body.

The reality is that existing certainly can be torture and there really does seem to be no peace from suffering in this cruel world. It must be really tiring what you have to endure but anyway best wishes.

please don't use sertraline... fluoxetine, venlafaxine and sertraline are drugs known to cause suicide thinking and attempts... it's not fake news, those drugs can really induce suicide. I myself had this while on venlafaxine
