I wasn't told that good grade were valuable in high school and college. I always did the bare minimum and didn't realize I was missing on bursaries opportunities, internship opportunities and master opportunities. I had no idea.
I had my first credit card at 18 and wasn't told that credit score was a thing and that there were consequences to not paying back debt in time. Maybe I was just retarded for thinking that there would be no consequences but I remember asking multiple to the customer service representatives of my bank what would happen if I don't pay back in time and they'd just say: "it's just better to pay in time". Wtf. Now that I'm older, I realise that wow. They really messed me up with their half heartedness
I wasn't told the truth about education: not all degrees are equal. I spent 100k in the wrong degree and this is part of the reason my life is so fucked up today.
