So my boss kindly offered to fund 6 sessions of therapy with an amazing therapist ... Honestly, I gave up on therapy a long time ago but I thought I'd give this lady a chance, the sessions have been virtual but she's really helped me a lot ...

I'm not currently experiencing suicidal thoughts (but I've got BPD soooo watch this space lol) ...

However, having my SN there still gives me so much comfort... I know if things come crashing down, I've got a way out.

Thank you to my SS family , I don't know any of you personally but having you guys here really helped my get out of a dark place with a solution. Now I've got that solution, I don't feel helpless any more. I can actually say that SS saved my life (for right now)... That's not to say I wont ctb in the future, but having a safe space with people who understand and don't judge was just so important to me. I felt I could open up and vent here which I'm so grateful for.

To everyone in recovery, I hope you all heal. To all the people who are planning to/have already ctb, I hope it is/was as peaceful as possible and I understand your pain.

Sending love and light to my amazing SS family 💜 I hope tomorrow is a better day .

I do think for many people it can certainly be a relief having a way to exit this world at a time of their own choosing. I'm pleased for you that things got better. I wish you the best in whatever happens.
