I'm so fighting the urge to ctb right at this moment..!
I want to drive to beachy head and just jump!
Or just hang myself but all I have is a belt and a poxy scarf! God the urge is immense!
It comes over in waves and I'm feeling the wave I want to ride the wave!
It's almost like a drug!
I'd love to take a load of paracetamol but can't risk it unless I knew it was certain.. but it's getting bad soon I don't think I'll be able to resist the paracetamol!

The paracetamol is not really a recommended method of ctb, I would never choose that method. I understand it is hard when you reach a point of desperation, but of course you should make sure the method is planned, as if you act impulsively it could lead to failure. I wish you the best, I hope you find the peace you are looking for.

Yeah I know what you say is true, the paracetamol only makes me worse off!and my impulse attempts have all failed.
It's just so frustrating when you want it now and you are ready and there is no way of doing it…!!
Thank you for your kind words, I wish you well.
