I read a timeline of the stages you go through but I don't remember where. Also are there any videos of SN suicide that can be viewed

Stan's guide briefly goes over the stages. You can also search the web for "Methemoglobinemia Death" and you'll get great resources.

I've never come across a video of a streamed SN suicide, but there are various postmortem images online that paint a pretty good picture of the process. I've also attached two relevant case studies that expand on the mechanism of death very well.

I personally don't think sn is painless or a good method. I know I'm in the minority on that opinion but this is my opinion. It reminds me of drinking bleach. It's a salt. Even if you get it down and keep it down I doubt it is as painless as people make it seem

Thanks, I had read in this forum someone had watched a video of a woman OD on SN and it had taken 40 mins
