Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I've spent a few weeks researching methods and I've decided that I'm going to CBT by going into the sea. I haven't fully decided whether I will jump off a cliff or just swim until I can't swim any further yet. I was just wondering if anyone had any recommendations for how to successfully do this? Thank you.

I've driven to the ocean a few times, last time I actually got in the water but the waves kept pushing me back and I got too tired to keep swimming out plus the water was still too shallow for me to drown successfully.
The pain and struggle is one thing I'm worried about but I'm still called to it, I'm a nutcase lol
Survival instinct could take in if sober and so I wouldn't do myself. Maybe consider this and make sure it will work with help of drugs or whatever. Like you said jumping from a cliff into the ocean.
I would get drunk and watch the weather fore cast, take a boat out in a storm and see what happens. I'd also make sure not to bring anything that could help me contact help. It would be a suicide mission with no going back.
