the root cause of all our problems is these machines are shit
born into awful shit destined to decay into old age and fade away

ideally these machines we all inherit would be capable of repairing themselves
(hair, teeth, brain, stomach, face, arms, legs eyes, ears, nose, genitalia )
i wish we had the power to stay forever young without ever growing old or decaying
if we was a better machine we would all have access internally to all human knowledge
instantly able to understand all languages able to compute large numbers in our minds
knowing all there is to know about how atoms work and technology works being able to
simulate reality within our minds knowing all the mathematical formulas, oh the things we
would achive together are unbelievable

Hmm, how would we die then? Presumably we would need to at some point... the earth is struggling to sustain 8 billion of us. If all the people who have ever lived were having such a great time, they didn't want to die- that would make approximately 117 billion of us. We'd have to start eating one another. . Still- you can bet there'd still be wars though. We're such a destructive species.

I'd say our biggest problem is being born to begin with and/or having sentience to fully realise we are living in these decomposing meat sacks.

Personally, even with a perfect body, I'd still need to make a living in this shitty capitalist world- so would you. There'd be no need for benefits if we were all perfectly fit and healthy. Nah- I'm done with life in any form thanks.

I would personally prefer having the power to just peacefully disappear rather than staying young forever but anyway, the flesh prison that is the human body really is so replusive to me, I see ageing as being something horrible that is best avoided. People place so much value on this worthless and futile existence but it's like they forget that we are destined for nothing other than to decay from age just to die anyway. Existence certainly is a terrible mistake.

And what am I supposed to be, am I not also that body... at least I see myself as a kind of spokesman to whom nobody tells anything and they do not stop rioting against me for how I carry the fate of the whole organism.
It's a bit of a joke but sometimes I think seriously, dozens of thousands of billions of cells working tirelessly, fighting, suffering every day so that in the end I just sit in front of the computer to surf and listen to music. ... they will be very pissed off with me, hahaha.

I'm more of a cyberpunk (no, not the shitty game) and than transhumanist, I believe technology will just just crete more problem e.g. social media

I do agree that biological being are flawed things, a perfect being would be one that need to external energy of any kind tu sustain itself, no need to sleep or other bodily functions, resistence to extreme temperatures, no sex or need to reproduction,, immortla or at leat not needing to grow old, impossible to kill, psychic powers or science so advanced it may as well be magic, the shole gamut of strength/athleticism, intelligence/wits. appearance/charisma, heal nay wound (actually maybe not these four since it would be beyond sunch basic human concerns) sense beyond human capabilities, lastly they would either be made out of some kind of energy or whatever meat-like substance Cthulhu and the Outer Gods are made of
