The pain is unbearable tonight

I started self harming again to relieve the pain temporarily but it isn't helping anymore. The pain is so great right now but I know I can't do anything with my children in the house, I know I will never do that. But that just adds to the pain, I want to do it and stop it all but I can't. It's torture.

Very true, thank you. I have a friend who I've been calling but I just feel like a burden now
