The mail is finally arriving

Ok, so some of my preparations to the SN method were stuck in the mail, and I wasn't even sure I would get them before new year because it was stuck in San Francisco for almost a week. Now it has arrived to my country. It takes 1-2 days before it's arriving in my city. I'm so excited. Oh my god. But, when it arrives I only have this:
1. SN
2. Meto
3. Benzo
4. Some sort of antacid, but maybe not the most effective.
5. Pain killers, regular and strong, and migraine medication

I do not have beta blockers, but my impression is that it's not essential (correct me if I'm wrong). I'm reading through the SN megathread, but is it anything else essential that I have forgotten?

I have a bunch of sleeping pills as well, but I haven't heard of anyone using this.

I appriciate your kind responses. I purchased the SN directly from a website that offers it. I know that some of you have bought the brand elsewhere, so I hope and think it's of good quality. I bought two containers just in case someone would find the one container. Other than that, it took 1,5 week from being deparded from US to arriving in Europe, Norway. Can anyone PM me about their brand of SN, or isn't that allowed? I'm sort of new on SS and don't know all the rules yet.

I have SN, Meto, Antacid(Tagamet), and pain killers. I just don't have Benzos but I'm perfectly fine with a high heart rate.

I am ignoring the beta blockers because:
1. They are optional
2. I am not concerned about the "pounding heart" side effect of SN.
Each individual needs to assess their tolerance to this side effect, and if they think that it will cause panic, then they may want to add it to their regimen. Other people cannot evaluate this for you.

Yes, that's exactly what I was thinking as well. I am not concerned about it either, and therefore doesn't see it as an important factor.

Just before you ingest your SN, it is a good idea to test it, instead of asking about brands.
Easiest way: use the search function on this site to search for "blood test for SN purity"
The blood test will tell you far more than people openly discussing sources, and it will reassure you. I hope that this is helpful.

Yes, I have read about the blood test. I will definately do that before I go further with it. Thanks for your thoughts and support!

The PPH said that propranolol is a potentiator. It doesn't seem to be for comfort.
