The DDMAPh mix now has the highest score on the RP test in the PPeH.

I went looking for information about this method and came across a helpful website about it.

Step #1
Pre-medications for nausea/vomiting:
Ondansetron 8mg, Metoclopramide 20mg (10mg tabs, #2)
Sig: Take all three pills at least 30 minutes before proceeding to the next step.

Step #2: DDMAPh (At least 30 minutes after Step #1).
Digoxin 100mg;
Diazepam 1gm;
Morphine 15gms;
Amitriptyline 8gm;
Phenobarbital 5gm.

Instructions for Mixing DDMAPh Medications:

Amitriptyline causing oropharyngeal/esophageal burning
When using high dose Amitriptyline or the aid-in-dying formula that contain amitriptyline (DDMAPh), it's important to remember that amitriptyline causes some oropharyngeal/esophageal burning. This is a chemical
irritant effect, not due to acidity, so it is not relieved by antacids.
Immediately administer sorbet to cool down the burning.
Because of the bitter and burning sensation, small spoonfuls of (fat free) sorbet can significantly help any burning sensation and change the bitter taste in the mouth to a sweet one.

Rectal administration
The method is particularly useful if people are concerned over their ability to swallow a bitter drink, or if vomiting is of particular concern. Anti emetics are not required and the time to loss of consciousness and death is similar to that from oral administration.
Information and a video outlining preparation and technique for rectal administration.

Thanks for sharing. I can definitely see this technique being adopted by others on these forums, espically those who fear the taste, or are prone to vomiting.

I have all the access to those mix except morphine. DDA alone will cost me about 11 times of SN or even more. DDMAPh is sure luxury.

I don't suppose anyone has the faintest idea of how to obtain Digoxin?

I even searched the dark web to no avail. There are some prescription medications that are available there, including Amitriptyline, but not Digoxin.
