A test, showing the correct quantity of SN and correct quantity of water for complete stirring, with help of a micro gram scale and a scaled glass:

Here the results of the experiment:

1) 1 full soup spoon = 25g
2) 75ml of tub water = perfect stirring and full trasparency

For the experiment 99% pure food grade Sodium Nitrite, a scaled glass, a microgram scale and a steel soup spoon, has been used.

Not too much that has excess of useless water that will slow down stomach absorbing, and not too little, that isnt enough for a complete stirring of SN
