Tert amyl alcohol was historically used as an anesthetic and 2-4 grams of it will cause unconsciousness. This is a lot less than the 100 grams required for ethanol (what we all think of as the drinking alcohol).
Ethyl chloride was an inhalational anesthetic. It is relatively weak and you must inhale it in concentrations of 9-12% before it can cause your heart, lungs, and kidney to fail. Here is a case report of someone who died from inhaling this https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/10641945 I think that the benzos potentiated the ethyl chloride.
Do you guys think these two combined will be enough to Ctb?
