What happens when you slip to the other side? We humans are born without understanding of a non-existence concept but god damn it scares the shit out of me and actually pushes me away from cbt'ing right now.
I convince myself that it's almost like sleeping but without your brain creating images.
When the feeling gets worse I have to dream up, fantasize about afterlife or being reborn.
But what if reincarnation exists and my fate is to be born mentally/physicaly ill everytime so I will end myself every single life I'm given?
I'm so panicked. I started to have thoughts that I maybe should live but then pain in my chest reminds me that no cure will ever come. I can't stay and I can't go.
I want to become invisible, lose flow of time and just be at this planet because I can't deny how much I love it.

I also have a strong fear of being buried. How can I possibly dismiss it? Cremation comes close to ideal, it's almost like you being dissolved, but I heard that it's against rules in my town ;/

For me, it's like going to sleep but waking up without my physical body

I believe in the soul, the spirit, i'm technically a spiritualist and i believe in the spirit world. I can't say i know much about it. But I know we are souls having a human experience.
I think we are all scared. It's okay. <3
It's a natural response.. we all have it. We under water, wehold our breath. We have food stuck, we grab water. Fearing the actual moment of death is just that. It's our natural fear, instinct. We can't really make it go away, I think it's just a case of having enough.. and bracing yourself anyway. Easier said than done hey?
I came close to succeeding and I was so happy I was about to leave but I was terrified because I felt like I was having a heart attack. It hurt, so badly. But I wanted to leave so badly too. I just ended up changing my method. My new one is peaceful and hopefully it will just be like going to sleep. Not to say i probably will feel anxious .. but i wont be AS anxious as i would say, jumping from a cliff.

xo

Burial to me is going back to where I came from. We came from the earth we go back to the earth. :)

Imagine all the life leaving your body starting from the top of your head going to the tips of your toes and then slowly free falling into darkness

I think that on the other side is nothingness. Just non-existence. If you believe that, I think it makes it easier : )

Anyhow, if you reincarnated, you could have the best life ever. Also, it would probably mean you've always reincarnated, but have never known it. So there's nothing to be afraid of!

I am not scared of of death or the imminent moment of it any longer, but of endless pain and misery.
When the brain stops working the person ceases to exist. End of story. We are no different from animals
in that respect, just a bit further up the evolutionary ladder.
( No, pro-lifers, its not temporary but permanent, and no: I don't care any more about what it does to the ones left behind as
they don't seem to give a shit about me whilst I am still alive.
Got that ? Good ( Bye ) )

I'm not scared. But I really am hoping that it's just 'nothing' with no more awareness at all.

There are only two plausible outcomes after death
1. You'll continue to exist in another dimension
2. Your personality will dissipate, it will be like sleeping without waking up and having dreams
There are conflicting views in the scientific community. Even though most scientist believe in a materialistic reality where particles are fundamental and everything can be reduced, there are also many scientists who believe we live in an information based reality, in which consciousness would be eternal, in fact everything would be just an expression of it.
I personally don't care because whatever happens is going to benefit me either way.

I think you continue to exist in a different dimension. Have to kill every reality and then you get to die...
