Discussion Terrified I’m going to “lose control” and I better CTB before that happens

Anyone else want to CTB because they think they are going crazy/insane?

i already have temporary moments of insanity sometimes. at least i think it is. it looks a lot like what tv shows you about insane people and thats about all i have to go on.

Yeah, I feel as if I'm gonna explode one of these days but CTB is not an option anymore because after failing to CTB, I now have to take care of my parents whose health got worse suddenly. This sucks so much! I hope my mind copes with everything till the end!
