Help Terminally ill need help

Hello im writting in desperation. I suffer from CFS/ME , Lyme disease and PTSD.

Ive been ill all my life. Ive barely lived at all since it started getting bad at 18, twenty years ago. I cant function , I cabt do anything , I have a function lecel of an old man, im always in pain , its a nightmare.

I was doing some treatments and I was getting bettrr and future seemed bright.
One supplement changed my life the pain went away and I started doing things, it was a miracle, life was beautiful!

Well they stopped selling it over here so now im back to old self but even worse. I cant get it anway, and ive tried everything else

I need help , I already tried SN and things didnt went well , I need other recommendations , im thinking heroin od.

What else wpuld be ok? Im very fragile , I dont want to suffer

Do you remember the name of the supplement that helped you?
There are so many knowledgeable folks here who may be able to help you find an equivalent,if not track down the original somewhere.

I also have ptsd. I'm doing EMDR which sucks but it's supposed to help. I haven't done it for long enough to know if it actually works tho

Im worse than ever before , I failed SN, hanging ,

heroin is my go to because I just want to sleep and not wake up. I would have to buy it in the streets

how much heroin in the streets would I need to OD?

Are you in the US or in the EU? If you are in the US, you could try to get PAS (physician assisted suicide/death with dignity) but only if you are a resident of the states that have it legalized (Oregon, Washington, District of Columbia (not a state but iirc they legalized it a year or so ago), Calfornia, Colorado, Vermont, to name a few). Or if you are in Europe, then the countries Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium.

I have actually been through EMDR. It seemed like such BS but it did help with the PTSD. Not to say that it fixed my life by any means but it was effective

It felt like being poisoned , no easy falling asleep like I read so much,

Extreme nausea, stomach pain, head bursting , lack of conscience never came , I forced vomit and was found and was in the ER for 3 weeks
