Do you know if temperature change can affect SN ? I mean, this summer we had heatwaves and now it's cold... I don't really want to open it for testing it because air leakage is not good.

It should be stable and still good if kept in a properly sealed container. Humidity is often the biggest problem, but if it is kept sealed, you should be fine.

I have the same concern, I opened my first package for testing and afterwards kept it in a mason jar. But after about three months when I checked it wasn't so "fluffy" anymore. So I ordered again, and this package is still sealed. I live in a very humid place all year round, and wouldn't want to break the seal before use.
