Technical Help Needed - Fittings and such.a

Hello All, is there anyone here who is well versed in inert gas setups, the fittings are a bit confusing. Thanks

I just about managed it, tho I think it was down to luck. I just ordered the tank and flow regulator and they happened to fit. Then I just measured the barbed nozzle, and ordered a hose to fit the diameter.
