Maybe if you did it in a bath or shower. Otherwise I feel like it would be too complicated to cause anything super serious.Yeah, I don't seriously think it would work because it's painful, I hear, to taser yourself. But people have died when they were tasered to the chest of cardiac arrest.

Well almost anything can kill a person. Just depends on how much pain you want to go through before you die and how long it actually takes to kill you.
Take for example, if you punch someone in the chest/heart at an exact right moment, it will stop the heart.
Yeah, it works. Is it viable? Absolutely not.
