Venting Tantacrul comments made me more suicidal

Whiny post at 4 AM;

Accidentally came across that dumb tantacrul
Video again, checked the comments cus I was annoyed with his bs, and the comments just made me feel guilty for being alive lol.

Comments like: "Interesting how those who talk about the beauty of death aren't the dead ones? Vile disgusting" just made me want to die more cus now I feel guilty for having a safe space and worse again for being alive.

The site has helped me have an outlet which seems to have delayed my plans and given me mild hope for hanging on just a bit longer, trying to cause the least harm on my way out and making my remaining time less insufferable because I have this community…

Do those commenters actually think they're protecting anyone? They're the ones actively making suicidal people feel like they're not dead fast enough.

This site has never told me "Uh why are u still alive if suicidal lol?" Meanwhile the supposed anti-suicide people always fuckin do.

Anyways it's dumb logic. It'll always be too late when they catch up. It is probably a toxic thought, but I certainly do wonder if people who work in the mental health field would take me more seriously if I had more bruises, cuts or if I weighted a bit less? People seem to draw weird boundaries on things. Won't believe suicidality unless you're dead... how are you supposed to fix that?

He cleans out the comments, so nothing true or criticizing him can be said~ I understand how you must feel because they comments really are awful but please don't worry and get so upset about it~ That's not everyone's opinions, just a select few who he lets speak~ I'm sure there are many non-users who were disgusted by that video for a variety of reasons~

No, I don't think they do.

There's a comment I remember reading elsewhere by a person diagnosed with BPD that went something like "People will support me as long as I can hide my mental illness." It stuck with me, because it made it so much easier to grasp why people are so weird and dodgy when discussing mental health.

Suicide is uncomfortable. People like us can be mature. We can talk about it openly. We don't need to mince words when sharing our feelings. I think the benefits of that should be apparent to any user on the forum.

The goal is to make you shut up about suicide because it's uncomfortable. They're okay with you dying as long as they don't have to hear about it. That's why the video and its fans argue that censorship will somehow alleviate the problem. That's also why it's fairly obvious that Tantacrul and his fans don't understand, nor care to understand, why a person on this forum might feel the way they do. They actively avoid engaging with the people they claim to care about.

It is very easy for people to say they wish to help the suicidal. It's much harder for them to mask the fact that they're lying.

Something that comforts me is that those who talk about suicide as cowardice or weakness, in the end even AI confirmed my idea that they are people with fear or complexes that it might happen to them, an unconscious way of expressing their fear. Recently, some imbecile wrote that those who commit suicide are cowards for "not exhausting their efforts to continue living," and he said it in an arrogant and stupid way, as if it were a magic spell that only the chosen few can perform. I'm almost certain that most people have tried everything before committing suicide (except for those who do it impulsively), since it's not a simple act and often takes time to plan and carry out. Therefore, in that time, people do things or hope for things that will change the course of the situation; it's almost impossible. So I understand that the point isn't that suicide is inevitable, but death itself, and that weighs heavily on those empty-headed people, because sooner or later they will die. And in a way, that makes me happy, because human beings are the only beings capable of fantasizing about immortality and at the same time feeling the powerlessness of not achieving it, only to ultimately have to face death.

We'll all die someday, inevitably, my friend. This shitty world can go to hell with all those people who spout nonsense, thinking they're intellectually superior, when in reality, from what I've read, great thinkers, philosophers, and writers throughout history have addressed the topic of suicide and death with complete naturalness, trying to reflect on it from a perspective that goes beyond simply spews the poison of thinking those who have committed suicide or are considering it are fools. It goes far beyond that childish and stupid conclusion.
