Swearing

Does anyone else here get frustrated and swear out loud when they are alone or think they are alone? I was in my car after a sales call and sweared and then I saw the customers in their driveway and I think they might've heard me and I felt horrible. I think I might've lost that sale, I feel like a complete idiot

Frequently.. for me, it's often when I ruminate on the past, mistakes or otherwise. And it's like an automatic, unconscious thing. I can't control it.
