Help Suspicious friends

I've deleted all of my social media and started giving away a lot of my items and my best friend is starting to become suspicious, she knows about past suicide attempts and my bad mental health history. How do i throw her off of the scent, I don't want her worrying about me, and I also don't want her to find out?
