Will surviving a Sodium nitrite overdose cause severe damage? I've read mixed reviews.
But I guess the only way you'd survive is if you vomited, right? And if we vomit, I'm guessing most of it would be out of our system????? Or would it be too late?

Vomiting does not guarantee you'll live.

From what I have heard many people who survive this do not have lasting damage, but then you'd probably never here again from those that did have severe damage. One risk of failing an attempt is going to a hospital for five days, possibly losing your job, then possibly getting evicted, who knows. So there can be bad effects of a failed attempt even if there is no physical damage to your body.

Thank you. I'm already bedridden with an autoimmune disorder, so the other things won't be a problem. It would just be horrible to have to endure more suffering if I survive. I survived my OD on sleeping pills last year, so it's definitely a concern of mine.

Thank you! The doctor told me after my last OD attempt last year on sleeping pills I would have organ damage, but I haven't noticed anything yet.
