Discussion Suide note for delayed email?

A while back someone had posted a suicide note for the members to peruse, I was wondering if anyone had a suicide note written specifically to be used as a scheduled E-Mail and would like to post here. If I decide to use a scheduled E-Mail, I'm curious as to the difference, if any—such as explaining to the receiver got a scheduled E-Mail, etc.
