Discussion Suicide rate?

Most people don't kill themselves. What is the average global suicide rate? 1 in 8, 1 in 10? If all of us who commited suicide were to go to a separate place after death from those who did not kill themselves, whether that's hell or some kind of abyss, would we be more doomed than we are now?

I would say the rates are very dim, like 1 in 100, doesn't feel good to be part of such an unlucky minority. Why couldn't I be part of the remaining 99? Why did I have to be that doomed 1 in 100? Why did I win the lottery of doom?
