I've been thinking about making a notebook for my family documenting my thoughts for the last few days/months I live. Not really a suicide note just something they can keep with them. Is anyone doing this?

I'm not, but it's a great idea. The more insight we can give them into our minds, the better they can understand our decision to CBT. I don't want to hurt them and it's probably the main reason I haven't done it yet.

I journal my thoughts.

So that when I'm no longer here, my family will have some idea of what I was thinking and dealing with, even though they don't and won't care.

I've been writing what my daily life is like to a public blog. Been thinking that when I have to show someone why I want to die they can see that it is ongoing stuff.

We are supposed to have medically assisted death for mentally ill here by next year, so hoping it will help.

You could just tell them to read your posts here once you CTB
