I think this method is wrong. Yes the cop kills you which they shouldn't but if you provoke them bad enough then they may not have a choice. They are people too and for them to realise that they killed someone for no reason if cruel. Some cops do bad things and its horrid, but you shouldn't purposefully add to this stigma around them. Find a different method

This method can ruin somebody else's life. There are many other methods that do not force others into your final act.

Can we stop with the methods that require other people to ctb for you (unintentionally)? Yeah I get it you won't feel anything but they will, for the rest of their lives likely, I'm not trying to guilt-trip but just think of how you would like the world to be left

It's quite a tragedy for everyone involved , as can be felt clearly from the article you linked (did you read it?) . It's not something to be jealous of .

(Seriously , triggering others to shoot you?)

I will say this vehemently every time the issue arises. Nobody has the right to force someone else to kill them. It is a terrible, despicable, and evil thing to do if done intentionally. That doesn't mean wishing for an easier death makes you any of those things, having thoughts isn't evil, but acting is. Being a victim and in pain does not absolve one from ethical responsibility. I intimately understand how life can get so bad the suffering just has to end...but making it worse than it needs to be for others is inexcusable. Full. Stop.

You are all right. I'm sorry. I'm not thinking straight. I would never want a method to hurt others eg jumping in front of train. I just didn't think about the impact on the cop.

In my most desperate moments I have though of this.......or even something as f***** up as becoming a serial killer, so I could get the death penalty eventually. Of course it's all desperate thoughts. it's not like I seriously consider it.

But that's how messed up society is.......they grant a peaceful death for awful murderers, but not for unforrtunate people like us who havent choosen to be in this desperation.

Thank you all for understanding.

I'm giving it one more year before I CTB, but even enduring one more day is traumatic.

I really appreciate your feedback and understanding.

Everyone here made good points. Here is something that others haven't mentioned though. There is a (fair) chance of it failing and then you end up permanently disabled, seriously injured (possibly being a vegetable, paralyzed and still alive), then on top of that, many criminal charges from your attempt (as you would have threatened/provoked a cop to use lethal force).

Anyways, I'm sorry to hear about your suffering and I hope you will be able to find a reliable (and hopefully, peaceful) method from the forum on here. I wish you peace and the best.
