Help Suicide Belt

Do you know of a way to do it on a belt? Any knot that could suffocate me

After reading up on it, a belt isn't a good way. A dress tie seems a better method, wettened with soapy water to help the tightening. I'm sure someone else has a more concise explanation though, just most things I've read have advised against a belt.
