To those who all live in the Northern Hemisphere, everything's beginning to heat up. I live in a desert, so granted our spring is usually hotter than most, but warm weather always brings an uptick in my suicidal thoughts.

I can't directly pin point why, there's probably a handful of reasons, but I find that my mood drops significantly the hotter it gets.

Does anyone else deal with this??

I have the same thing. I try to avoid the sunlight and heat. It triggers my emotional pain for some reason.

I live in the Southern Hemisphere, and I've noticed the symptoms of my depression get worse during cold temperatures. But I think it's because most of my bad moments happened during spring and winter.

I agree. The hot weather makes me depressed. I think you can find studies/articles where it's proven that suicides increase in hot weather.

god yes. I get seasonal depression in the spring and summer really bad. Do you think it's just related to the temperature or other things about the season too? (like other weather effects besides temp, things that tend to happen in summer)
