Venting Suffocation

I'm considering suffocating myself. I just don't know how I'm going to waste my oxygen.

My thought is that if you tried this you would panic by instinct. Involuntary reflexes would make you remove whatever is suffocating you. If you did it in a way that made removal impossible your final moments would be in a state of a stress and panic.
