Success receiving N in the UK?

There's a thread on it somewhere. He basically received my money then obfuscated and messed me around for a few weeks before stopping responding to my requests. Said he was waiting for correct size bottles; that he could turn it into powder and other bs. God knows how he got into the PPeH, but he isn't legit.

Oh I'll look for the thread. It would be pretty easy to edit your own email into a pdf then reupload the pdf so it looks like the original?
