after the various sn deaths, do we have an idea at this point, of how successful the method is, if correctly carried out?

If carried out correctly, dosage, hours alone, with no ems help, etc it should be very high success rate .... but obviously no one has a statistical number for you. Mostly because must the attempts we know of can't be confirmed as fatal.

If you have the right stuff, of the right purity, you follow the simple method properly, you are not found, and don't call emergency services, you would have a 99% chance of being fatal. SN is extremely lethal. All the non-fatal attempts have been due to being found, calling an ambulance themselves, or having the wrong product. Eliminate those, and the chance of being fatal is really high.

Read the PPH, there is explained better than I can do. The fact is that impossibilities your body to fight for survival. Thaquicardia is only a simptom of that fight, prop not only reduces the simptom but the fight itself. It's not a luxury item, it's a potentiator. And if you, very sadly, want to CTB, you want to be as sure as possible to succeed, don't you?

Those questions are clearly addressed in the PPH and/or Stan's Guide. Would strongly suggest you read them. As I always say to everyone: if you are considering SN without having thoroughly read both those resources, you are setting yourself up for suffering and failure.
