Stupid heart issues, can't even fight back anymore.

I can't even try and go do all the stupid social stuff my social workers try to shove down my throat, i've fallen on the floor like 3 times yesterday, and just the 5 minute walk to go to my friend's place left me as tired as a full cardio workout. Most days i can't even go out, or at most just go grab groceries and promptly proceed to spend the entire rest of day struggling to breathe and having chest pains. Docs won't do anything, family wont help, friends wont help, social worker doesnt care. I truly bothered loosing weight and maintaining a decent shape for absolutly nothing. Just to make it better, of course, this whole thing makes me even more depressed, which in turns, makes the whole heart issues even worse, which makes the depression wor-

I've been told i have a slightly fucky valve but that it can't be the thing causing my problems. I'm kinda just fairly sure that this issue, combined with chest pains bad enough to make me fall to the floor, that also come with trouble breathing, nausea, lightheadedness, confusion, my left side being weird, etc... might be a heart issue.

Can you try to visit another doctor or hospital? And if possible I would not tell them that you also have mental problems. Your problem sounds scary. I really hope you can find help! Maybe you can go to the emergency.

I tried all the hospitals, clinics and other such things, them knowing of my mental health just ends up with them disregarding my problem as panic attacks, which i can, by experience, guarantee it is not.

I relate with low blood pressure and faint if I don't have enough water or get so drowsy and weak I feel my heart pounding throughout the day.. it still occurs even without me even drinking much water either or eating a bit of food. I wish you the best of luck, as I get this insufferable feeling, and am supporting you

Shit. Do you think all the tests were done to rule out heart problems, diabetes, blood pressure, thyroid, etc.? If you were to go to the hospital in a city further away, would they have your medical records from previous doctor visits or could you try a new set of tests there without knowing about the mental health problems?

I hate how the hospital staff here... I delt with paramedics yelling at me because I had fainted while they were transporting me when I couldn't hide how weak I was one time and they didn't take care of me and I still had to walk 7 miles back home and I only got little rest and had to walk for 4 hours back and without medication or blood tests... such a cruel world out here... :((

If you were to go to the hospital in a city further away, would they have your medical records from previous doctor visits or could you try a new set of tests there without knowing about the mental health problems?

I sadly can't go to other cities due to the whole health issue thing and that i have like, no help/support whatsoever. Ive done a bunch of tests, and in theory everything's good, but in practice it keeps getting worse.
