Stuck in a mental hospital

Ive been stuck in a mental hospital for 6 months and might be going to a state hospital. Were allowed to go on walks twice a day with a staff member, which is the only conceivable way of ctb; to run away. I just want to rest in peace

They did not let me have a phone inside while I was there but they let me have my Kindle. I got lucky. But even reading could not cure my restlessness.
I don't know how you survived so long there.
I hope you can have your way in the end.

How is your day to day?

It must feel terrible depending on the conditions you are being kept. But 6 months it's too much anyways.

No visitors due to corona. I just got my phone back and im desperate to ctb.

I'm sorry I can't help you, but can't you contact your family somehow so they can get you out? I don't think is sane for anybody to stay kn that environment for that long.

Can't you just pretend you are not suicidal anymore and show this to your psychiatrist?
They can't have you like that forever when you are in a better state of mind.
