It's cutting blood flow off, so I'd have to say yes. I'm no doctor, though. Maybe someone else will chime in.I'm afraid of that too. Especially if only the jugular are blocked, increasing the blood pressure in the brain too much, maybe that will cause a stroke or hurt the brain in some other way.
